Broekhuzien game

Postby mluther » Mon Mar 01, 2010 9:54 pm

We played a hard fought game last Saturday that allowed me to use some Sherman Crabs and lots of destroyed buildings. The scenario was based on part of the 3rd Monmouthshires attack on the Broekhuzien bridgehead in late Nov 1944.
The German defenders were suppose to be Fallschirmjagers, but alas I had to use some camo'ed grenadiers instead.

Thanks, Tanner.
I hope to get some nonhistorical types or historical gamers that cann't seem to find anyone to game with, interested by doing these games at a shop. Much more of a pain to set up the terrain at the house and take down and then set up again at the shops. I tend to do games that are easier to set up when I am away from home because of this.
I am always amazed at the total lack of interest in terrain in most games I see. It is not all that dificult to have something that doesn't look like rubbish.
